For individual course purchases, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee subject to the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the course enrollment date
- You must not have completed more than 30% of the course content
- You must not have downloaded course materials or certificates
- The course must not have been purchased during a promotional period (promotional sales are final)
- You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Courses purchased during flash sales or special promotional periods
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Courses where you have completed more than 30% of the content
- Courses where you have downloaded certificates or completion documents
- Service fees or transaction charges
- Course enrollments after the 7-day refund period
4. How to Request a Refund

- Select the course for which you want a refund
- Click on "Request Refund" and provide the required information
- Submit your request for review

5. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
6. Course Cancellation Policy
Regarding course cancellations:
- You can request a cancellation and refund within 7 days of enrollment if eligible under our refund policy
- Once a course is cancelled and refunded, you will immediately lose access to all course materials
- Progress and certificates will be removed from your account
- After the 7-day period, course purchases are final and non-refundable
7. Teacher-Initiated Cancellations
If a teacher cancels or removes a course:
- Students enrolled in the course will be notified immediately
- Students will receive a full refund regardless of course completion or enrollment date

- Course materials may remain accessible for 30 days to allow students to save their work

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your course:

9. Fraudulent Activity

- Multiple refund requests are made for the same reason
- Course materials have been downloaded and shared
- There is evidence of policy abuse
Accounts found engaging in fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated.
